Quick Question

I apologise if this has been answered else where, I had a quick look but couldn't see a direct answer.

I have done the Synergy quest, and I'm about level 1 synergy (I don't really like it...). However, I require a Culinarians' Stall. I'm level 100 cooking. Do I just need to find someone with synergy 80+ to get this synthed? Or would they require cooking 100 / would I require synergy 80+ ?

yeah, you only need to find a synergist to do it. i did both my clothcraft stall and my mule's bonecraft one and both characters had synergy 1, and the person who did them for me was smithing 100
