'Eh, I tried, done tryinig to deal with SE's ***customer support lol. I'll cancel my card and make a new account if I'm up to it. But I can get back all levels in about a month, maybe less. So it's not that bad lol > _>;

Didn't want to make a new thread for this so I'll just post here.

I ordered a Security Token exactly 2 months ago on March 10th and I still haven't received it. So, wtf? I'm about to call and complain up a storm but is this normal for them?

Took 7 weeks for me to receive mine. I know of others who had to wait several weeks too, so it's not uncommon.

I've heard a few stories of people not getting them at all, despite SE still having taken the money from their bank account or whatever.

It took them 6 months to get me mine, though I was among the first batch who bought it many years ago.

The problem is they've outsourced not only the production but all the shipping and handling to a 3rd party. So even if you call them to complain, they won't be able to tell you what's going on because they honestly don't know. 2 months is probably sufficient to claim it as undelivered, but it won't help you get one any sooner. In my case I submitted the claim and ended up getting the first one I ordered, as I said, 6 months down the line and the "replacement" came 2 months after that.

I'd say it's normal but other people also got theirs within a 6 week-ish window, so who really knows what normal is. I'd try their webchat over calling them unless you really enjoy being on hold for 3 hours before you're allowed to speak to an ***.

Geez, six months? that's awful. :/

And yeah, they already charged me for it...but still no mention of when it'll be delivered, if at all.

I guess I'll give their webchat a try.

do this then i am sure they will know u own the account call them back up then give them the playonline id and not the ticket number ok they can still use the old playonline system to check all your data so i am sure they will say it is u after that if they do not post back and i will try to help if i can.

it really should not take 6 months but good thing u got it may i ask what u did with the other one they sent u.
