Rancor is the best unless you're inside abyssea with RR/GH and a full Impetus up.

Sorry for the necro bump but the title fits my curiosity. Can someone please post the optimum -PDT & -MDT with new and old gear? Also, in cases where x piece isn't readily available or easy to acquire for a -PDT set, is it a viable option to replace said piece with counter?

Ok, I guess I need to be more specific in my question. How does smilodon mask compare to arhats jinpachi+1? Also would melee cyclas+2 be better than arhats ghi+1? I realize that counter can't happen for TP moves so when you see a TP move, switch to arhats. But in between those times, are the other two pieces viable replacements for fine tuning your -PDT sets? I'm thinking yes, if for no other reason but conserving the mages mp. Thoughts? Suggestions?
