Is Amano (95) > Masa (90)?

So with the +25% boost in WS damage and the base damage, is Amano (95) now clearly the winner over Masa (90)? Going to assume no one will be able to get Masa (95) for a while….

For Voidwatch 90 Amano already beat Masamune.

Inside Abyssea Masamune will still have an advantage.

amano is also speculated to get an increase rate in relic dmg procs like other 95 relics. 2.5x dmg procs for a (15%) proc rate fulltime, no ws needed lol. should be about even with 100tp ODD w/ emp. with this it should def bring amano over masamune.

take note that 95 emps have yet to be tested, and they might also have gotten some hidden effect lol.

Depends on the mob and your strat. One Masa SAM/THF did enough damage to take down all of the Tier 4s while everyone else focused on Procs.

The biggest advantage to Masa is that Fudo scales with TP. SAM will almost never WS at 100tp and has JAs the guarentee 200tp WSs. Add that to tp bonus moonshade.

Relics didn't get another 25% bonus at 95. The post on BG fooled me too because I didn't read that his base damage was calculated with 3.0ftp and I got excited. Unfortunately so far the only relic boost at 95 is the increased relic damage proc rate.

ive started working on WoTG and ive been wondering about the moonshade for tp bonus or regain

kinda leaning towards the tp bonus, but i could see where the regain comes in handy, any suggestions?

You get the most out of tp bonus than you would with regain.
