I've got a friend telling me she's been getting 0.11's or 1.1 on skill-ups, with no level ups. Is anyone else getting the same deal?

I haven't seen it personally. But, with talking about it with her, it sounds like it could be an XBox glitch. Not necessarily server-side. :X

I dunno, just wanted to throw it out there just in case
