We do a lot of stuff with our limited job combination, and we aren't so anti-social that we don't have any friends, so we get help if we need more people or other jobs.

I'm just saying it's not the best choice, which it's not. And you're saying COR is better than having a DNC, which in that situation, it's not. Seriously.

No, I never went DNC to Limbus mainly because DNC shined with a BRD, and the problem was we lowmanned all the Limbus zones so we could do Ultima/Omega as soon as physically possible. Anyway, I always went BRD whether it be with the melees, or with a BLM to duo that awful Apollyon zone with the Fomor on the first floor and elementals on the last one.

I wouldn't have sleep or dispel without a cor, and a lot of things I really want sleep for <_< Especially the 3 NM pulls that happen 24,7, or summoner pulls, do I really wanna kill a summoner mob/NM first? no X_X So no, my way works fine, and I don't care if your way works fine too because I clear it without dying and with tons of time left so stop arguing this :/

Things I want my support job slot to bring:

Cures
DD
Buffs
Dispel
Refresh
Sleep

Things DNC brings: Cures, dd

Things Cor/dnc brings: DD, buffs, dispel, refresh, sleep

Things BRD/whm brings: Same as COR, but he doesn't have BRD, so cor it is :D

In the end, I could duo these zones as WHM + NIN, but it's a lot less stressful/easier and fun to do it with a friend.

edit: Also, for "what I want", if I want a DD, a real DD is better than a dancer, if I want a healer, a real healer is better than a dancer, and it's already been shown that if I want a support, a real support is better. Where does DNC fit in? It doesn't, it has idenity issues, please fix SE <3
