It could be related to your laptop overheating or something?
doesnt overheat until it makes this noise, i can feel it as soon as it starts, it's still normal temp, but gets progressively hotter.

Do you have temperature threshold/monitoring software?
Your laptop may have hit a certain temperature which triggers tornado mode on your fan.

Had issues with loud noises and over heating/ pc not shutting off or on and taking HOURSSSS to reboot, and went to repair to manufacturer ( ty GOD for 2 yr full warranty) 4 times til they finally got it right!!!did alot of switching out of motherboards/fans/cpu fans etc turned out to be a serious cooling issue on both the motherboard and the cooling fan and cpu fan......now for the past 7 months not a problem!!! I am using now and for ever will use a cooler fan a heavy duty one since my laptop is 17inches and a dual core amd.

Meaning there's a power issue. If it was a desktop I'd say it was a power supply issue.

Could be your external Power supply. Is it always plugged in?

Try a new power supply if it persists, try borrowing one. It could be that it's having issue supplying enough power to the fans.

well at the moment everything is fine, and it only seems to do this like once a month over the past 4-5 months. If it happens again I'll post something.
