We've already drawn the difference between a post-maint glitch that lasted a few hours versus an embarrassing moment for SE that lasted nearly a year.
All bans would do in this case is show that SE has learned nothing in years of running an MMO.
The ToS isn't a license to punish your base for spaghetti code 3hours after a maint. We know glitches happen, it was reported on official forums and was all over community sites.

Also..... WTF are those special battle fields that you can enter from a rank 5 bonanza fight? and what is the point of them?

Those BCNMs are strictly for fun.
You get to fight some popular NPCs or fight waves of mobs that drop from the ceiling.

Nothing, they are just for fun and give you a title. Don't need things to drop items to have fun off them. I have a video of one on my youtube channel, was fun to beat up prishe/shantotto
Why are people so mad? Back when I played we'd walk to school uphill both ways in snowstorms and hail and crap and maintenance still wouldn't be done by the time we got back
