As if they'd ever tell anyone if they hacked your account? Why haven't you locked it if it's been a couple weeks already?
Last I heard, only the owner, to whom the payment info and other personal data refer to, can get an account locked unless it's proved of RMT activity.

A RMT would've likely done something with your char, from selling all gear, to botting, jumping servers and such.
If it's still in your original server, then it's likely to have become some friend's (or ex) mule.
If you haven't played since Oct 09 and no action was ever taken on that char, it could easily be the 2nd option. Either way, GL and
