BLM Precast Sets

just got my vivid strap synthed. looking for any suggestions on what it's missing.

Jeweled collar can get augmented in thiene with 2% ive npc'd a few b4 and kept one. Also theres a cape from vnm pixie t2 I remember thats also 2% same as warlocks but works any sj. Rest is done, bit excessive perhaps for our limited inventory space but w/e u wanna aim for go ahead.

How much fast cast is on the nebula houppelande +1? You can augment your ACP body to have +5 fastcast on it if the houppelande doesn't match or beat it, and you're not using it for anything else.

I don't recall the FC values on any of the Nebula pieces being particularly high. Hands are like 1%, would not be surprised if the body is <5%.

It's the same as rostrum pumps, I believe.

nebula +1 is 5%. all other nebula +1 are 2% i didn't document any testing, but after i got it spells went off at the same % as royal redingote and i had to swap to idle at the same time. if someone wants more testing i can, but i'd prefer if you took my word on it =x. GE/Wiki say that vivid is fast cast +1% which doesn't make sense to me. fast cast gear always decreases recast by half the fast cast %. vivid strap wouldn't make any sense. i'm guessing it's 2%. i'll play around when i get home.

i'll look into the jeweled collar. any advice on mobs in la theine to shoot for? i can aeolian edge cleave a ton of mobs in those starter zones. currently 0/5 on veela cape. i gave up a while ago. if i'm subbing something other than rdm on blm i'm probably not having much fun. so, i don't care if the warlock's doesn't work then.

Depending on whether you use spellcast with a sorc ring -hp rule, you'll need to make 2 precast sets.
