has anyone found out were this drops from or if you have to quest it ?

A lot of people looking for it.
Haven't found it yet sadly, Best guess is either Treasure Caskets in Grounds of Valor Areas.
Could also be from VWNM (Void Watcher), but god i hope not.
Theres a lot of possibilities, Sadly our best bet is to go Farm Brown Caskets and Discover as many rare item from those as possible and rule them out.
Then theres only 2 options, a Quest (Unlikely, I didn't see any .dat Conversations regarding it), or VWNM.

I'm guessing it's going to be something like 10 more hp/mp for all frames and 5 dex instead of 4 with each maneuver giving 1 more corresponding stat bonus per maneuver.
Because when it comes to SE and pup i like to keep my expectations low.

ya SE just give back some regain on h2h least 5 tp a tick..
For the DEX I'm expecting a DEX+6, since we go from 0 (animator) to +2 (Turbo Animator) to +4 (Animator+1) it would be logical to expect DEX+6, but we'll see.
I still have no clue at all about how Voidwatch works, but I've been told T3 shouldn't be too bad to farm and kill?

The VWNM that it dropped off of was in merf mount(s) does not mean others can drop it also.
They don't (I think?).

Has there been any other testing besides the hidden 6 DEX? The desciption makes it sound like a auto haste for automaton. I know its a necrobump but not finding any info about it other than that. (just now got my deluxe tonight)

It gives MASTER: DEX+6 and also Reduces Overload RATE by x amount of % (I was told by Mitsurugi, Bismarck server)
I know the DEX+6 is true, but Overload rate DOWN = idk >.> (kinda wishful thinking but let's hope it is true)

overload reduction wouldn't matter now even if it were true. I don't think it is. I think its dex6 and thats it.

Too much work for just DEX+6, SE devs were really lazy or just said F**k it...
