Can't log on POL

I am unable to log on to POL. I receive Error code POL -5311 "The Square Enix ID, Square Enix Password, or one-time password entered is incorrect." I am able to log on my SE account over the internet and the information is correct. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hmmm... do you use a "one time password" to log in over the net? If not, maybe that's the case.

Maybe relevant, perhaps not, i've heard of lots of cases where people thought they had deactivated the token to remove the one time pass but actually they haven't.

I deactivated my token a couple of months ago now and have had no problems up until tonight.

i've experienced this problem a couple times, usually shortly after a maintenance. it usually fixes itself after an hour or so i think.
