World Server Merge (date?)

I'm wondering if anyone knows when the world server merge date is gonna be? I'm trying to get a deleted character back but the Character Reactivation Service is down from maintenance since March 7th.

I gave SE a call 2 times before knowing about the CRS and they couldn't do nothing about bringing my character back. Well, gonna continue waiting around for the merge to happen so I can get my character back.... Good day
