Macro Questions

Hey anyone kno the macro where u dont have to target the ??? to pop it? ive been useing /item "-----" <t> but i was wondering wats the best one this one doesnt seem to work very well when fighting against others for the ??? ive seen alot of ppl pop the NM and ??? never appears is it a macro they are useing or a 3rd party tool

line1: /targetnpc
line2: /item "name of item" <t>

And just spam it.
