We are looking for a person (or people)n to fill a small gap in our static. We were 4 people but someone hasn't been on in weeks. So myself and two others, Aegisbushido and Arathi want to get back in it. We have all red procs covered to get KIs to pop the big nms. We also have the yellow procs covered but that leaves a gap with jobs for what we want to accomplish.
We do runs whenever we are on at the same time. We have busy lives and its understandable. We are all EST.
How it works!
We are getting everyones weapon to 80 first, then 85, then 90 that way if we get someone to 90 first they might decide to quit and its unfair. We will be working on one persons weapon at a time. /random will decide.
Requirements
1) At least be on VNM stages of your trial.
2) Some sort of healing job @ 90 w/Atma of the Minikin Monstrousity
3) A yellow proc job such as brd blm nin and blu.
4) A commitment to the group, to have fun, and the sense of humor to laugh at wipes. XD

Why wouldn't you take the weapons to 85... Having 1 85 Empy in your group will speed up the following level 80 Empy, then having 2 85s will make the 3rd faster, etc etc?
If it's friends who are looking to have fun, you shouldn't have to worry about people taking off after you get their empy to 85.

As true as this might seem there will be times when the job your on is not the one your emp weapon is for. :/
