Evasion Vs Evasion Skill

This has been killing me, I have been doing some searching around in forums and haven't been able to find anything on this topic (so I apologize if this is a repost) to prove what is better.

Does anybody know where this topic has been discussed? Post links if you do, if not please discuss! I am horrible with math equations and such so it would be great to see if somebody has tested this and proved which is the greater stat.

check all thread but, tldr version: evasion skill > standar evasion, but really no by a huge diference

Show proof to back this up.

My own testing shows Evasion+ > Evasion Skill. This was at Lv.75 cap. With 1000 attack rounds on each set. Yes the margin isn't huge, the sample size isn't huge, but from these parses it shows Evasion+ is better. It's been mentioned to me before that the margin of error for 1000 attack rounds is something like +/- 5%, so take it as you will. At least this shows something.

No extra evasion: 22.48% evade rate
+10 Evasion: 29.71% evade rate
+10 Evasion Skill: 27.49% evade rate

The first bolded statement contradicts the second one.

Maxse said it best in the other thread: if there is a difference, you could parse it and still never know the difference. The sample size needed is ludicrous.

I'm fine with my test being inconclusive due to margin of error. I'll admit right now I don't know for sure which is better. I'm just tired of seeing people claim that skill is better.
