Mostly I have the audio completely off, or low enough so that the only thing I hear are <call>s. heh sometimes the game music gets boring aye... then i turn on my MP3 player in my room and let it play w/e it has on my second PC~

I'm getting small maps that I never bothered to get, waiting for a JPonrymidnight to pass to get my Cor boots before seeking. Devildriver(He's so much better than he was in Coal Chamber)/Chimaira/Deftones(Around the Fur and White Pony)/and that Slipknot band in my avatar(Selftitled and Iowa, not Mate kill feed repeat but wish I had that one)
Love punk rock here and like listening to Crono Trigger soundtrack during game too, matches wonderfully. ^^

I can play 8 instruments myself, so being a musician makes me extremely picky with music, but it just so happens I love explosions in the sky, especially because they can be an instrumental band and just really feel the music as opposed to a lot of other bands I hear today. ( Orig singer of Saosin ) If so that's a great band. when playing ffxi, almost always i listen to Dir En Grey-Vulgar(listening to right now)/withering to death/uroboros(Kyo is fkn AMAZING), Tomahawk-self titled/mit gas (Mike Patton FTW),Rammstein-Mutter/ReiseReise. inbtween i listen to anything RobZombie, Iggy Pop, Social Distortion, Faith no More, Gackt, and occasional throw in a splash of static-x, stabbing westward, m.manson, smashing pumpkins(older stuff siamese, gish, meloncollie), silverchair, classic rolling stones, CCR and the Beatles. i listen to a fk ton of music at all times.

To me an album is like a well written book or finely directed movie. You have to go throughout the entire experience from beginning to end to truly enjoy and appreciate it.
