I'm just wondering how everyone went about getting their body seals? I tried Amarok , but in 4 pops we got 1 seal XD Considering it costs about 200k to pop at present, that is just way too much for me.
So are there more viable methods to getting it?

farm amarok pops, its really easy. gold chests are your friend.

I must confess Im a noob when it comes to lights, I'm just starting to pick it up. I was there yesterday trying to get them. I was mixing pearl with amber kills, how many of each kill type do I need? XD

20-30 i think, but if you amber kill one of those elementals i think it counts for 10 lights.

That just sounds like bad luck to me, was it? I farmed my seals off Amarok, and finished in 3-4 pops. What we rarely saw was COR and PLD. In the entire set we only saw 1 COR seal and 2 PLD... out of 6 pops I think. I've farmed the Iron Giant in Grauberg for Raja pops, and rarely saw DNC off that. That might be a cheaper alternative if you are worried about the price. Maybe you'll have better luck on it than we did.

Do Dominion op #4 (Faunus Wyverns) at Conflux 4 in Abyssea Grauberg and do the quest with Cornelia (also at Conflux 4).

I did Amarok for mine...3 of us trio'ed a NIN BLM and me on WHM. I guess I got lucky...we proc'ed each time and it happened to drop mostly dancer! The pops are very easy to farm in gold boxes..good luck, I hope you finish your body soon! :)

Hmm, maybe I did just have bad luck! I'll have a go at farming another pop set and see if it's less stingy next time lol.

id say just get nin thf and war with these ele aoe ws and rock manticores *** in altepa for tiger king hide and and the other trigger, than spam the t1 doggy.

It depends how many Gold box abyssites you have, but you want to have high enough amber light that you don't get big boxes regularly. For me (3 gold box abyssites), this is about 5 amber kills.
Progression is:
Random items, low tier pop items, ***augments ->
Better Random items, mid tier pop items, slightly better augments ->
"Best" Random items, key items, best augments
You want to stay in the middle tier. If you cap your amber light you'll never see a TK Hide.

I got about six seals from Amarok, and whenever I wasn't farming with my Abyssea group, I worked on Cornelia's Pursuer's Wing quest in Grauberg along with Dominion Ops #4.

You drop his pop in gold most of the time when cleave time.
Might be short in King tiger hide so:
Kill Tiger > Amarok > Tiger > Amarok etc...
And of course dominion.

a friend of mine got hers from the iron clad in grauberg and amarok i think she got 5 on each mob
we mana burned the iron clad i got 10/10 bst and pld body seals while she was after her dnc =D

All of mine came from amarok as well. He always seems to like Dnc when my LS spams him.

Hi guys, thanks for all the info! I've been working on farming pop sets for Amarok and managed to get a few groups to fight with me! :D And I've done a few quests in Grauberg :) So far I'm 4/10 :)

Despite my name, I got all mine from the Grauberg quest, spamming it over a few days with my MNK killing the wyverns. Also completed PLD body at the same time. Dropped about 20 SMN seals to the floor in the process since I don't have it levelled ; ;
It is fun to do Amarok (monster) though, since I tank and its game on... Amarok vs Amarok. Amarok always wins.

This actually brings up a good question. Do certain Dominion Op pages give certain job seals? I used to think all seals from the 'pages' were /random, but since your calling this one out, that suggests something else. Hmmmmmmm
