I was laughing my *** off too, people were coming into my office to see what was going on and started laughing when they heard the whole story.
My coworker is cool like that, and it got rid of some of the anxiety I think.

Man, I didn't think it was posible for me to dilike the Freedom's shoulders more, but these extra magazine parts managed it.
And that new v-fin... bleh.

Give it the Build Strike's shoulders and remove the wings, leaving the beam cannons F91-style but over the shoulder instead of under-arm, I think it could be pretty solid.
Might actually buy the HGCE Freedom and do that... except I'm not buying a Build Strike just for the shoulders. Though I do have the vents/thrusters for them from the HGCE Aile Strike, so maybe I'll try scratch-building the rest...
There's no fixing Jesus Yamato though. :I
Unless removing him from the story entirely is considered a fix...

I always enjoyed looking at shoulder-mounted cannons, would give it a gundam/guncannon look to it. Not only that, but in Armored Core For Answer, I always had at least one shoulder-mounted sniper cannon, those things HURT.
Though I'm quite fond of wrist-mounted weapons too, like the Alex's hidden gatlings, the beam sabers on the Forever Gundam and Unicorn Gundam, or the Revolver Stake and Autocannon on the Alteisen. :Q

because there's flight in xiv for some zones. are those zones like mega huge?
They said 2-5 times larger in the forum post but in the video they say 1.5-2 times larger
The flying in the video I posted is in a very small part of the zone, they had barely moved around on the map
