Olive oil is the way to go. There's a place out in Sedona that specializes in it to the point where they're able to enhance it with various flavors. For instance, when I make my pizza dough, I have a special olive oil that I use when mixing it together. It's infused with sun dried tomatoes, basil and parmesan cheese. I know that may sound odd, but it's damn delicious and really enhances my dough. They also have truffle oils and various balsamic vinegars.

My Grandpa's sister (who is blind) drinks a cup of olive oil everyday and lotions her body with it, she is super strong and never married lol... my aunt (who never married either) lives with her and they love to fight, so ya olive oil is bad for deep frying.

so i came home from work early today. dr said i should take a day to rest, but i was like, "*** that". i wanted to prove how dedicated and awesome i was. small problem though. all the meds i'm on kinda make me dizzy and nauseous. so i came home, laid down and woke up at 7:30. 7:30 pm looks an awful like 7:30 am during teh summer here. so i woke up and saw 7:30 on my phone and lost my ***. i was so mad cause i couldn't remember going to bed the night before, and i started to call my boss to say i'd be late. then i realized. oh... 7:30 at night. whoops.
