Anyone know where these are and how to get to them? There are supposed to be 8 spawns apparently. I kinda assumed they are in the basement, but I thought it was blocked off, and all the holes are patched up in the past so you can't exactly fall in there like in the present...

You can still get to the basement. Know the tunnel you would take from basement to top floor in present. just back trace it.

I tried that just now, and I don't see any way to get there. There's a door in the way that isn't even targettable.

Edit: Well, didn't find a way to the basement, but I did find some Scolopendrids behind gate 2, so problem solved~
