how do you get points added for synergy. i see some that are 80 have the 7000 points do you NEED 80 before it will even count.

You need to use the guildwork thingy, I haven't really looked into it, but it also means that the new gear that doesn't show up on your character will now show up, and can/will show all the gear that you own, not just gear that you've equipped in your FFXIAH gear history.
