Quick Hardcore Nube Question On Atmas

Can atmas obtained from an nm in aby la theine be used in a different zone? Say konsch? The way wikia covers it on its page (http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Atma) it seems like it but it doesn't specify, that or they simply separated the atmas by zone simply because its easier on the eyes and to organize. So I dunno in the end. Yet to bother with these, which judging by their granted abilities is terrible of me.

I play with me and on other guy in this game, and going around getting more than one or two of these but rather a couple per each zone sounds horrendous, and does it take long to get them (or to pop the nm's that due?)

They'r organized by zone so it's easier to see which atmas you can get where.
You can use them in all the zones.
