So anyone know where I can find info for this. Like rewards, who you go to, requirements... I know wiki used to list it but now it just vaguely mentions it saying Refuel and Replenish isn't needed lol. If you go to the main page it says cruor rewards for finishing quest, abyssite, or atmas but not how go get them...

Cruor and if you do all the ones of all the zones you get an atma
