I don't think any of that line of helms is the best ws peice for any ws.

I've been using ryoshi hachimaki for a conserve tp build.

Ryoshi Hachimaki +5
Aesir Ear Pendant +3
Praecis Gorget +4
Soil Belt +7 (still need to get this)

Total 19 Conserve tp.
