Was in the same boat your in, except I was born and raised in Hawaii lol. I know the thing about Asura being mostly East coast populated and I had ask the same question you asked 5 years ago...there isn't really a time friendly server for people in Hawaii.
I can pitch you this, Asura > Ztwiztedbrotherz...I think thats how you spell it...a friends west coast ls that runs late...still doing early Abyssea content, but they run at the times convenient for you.

Unlike most people, I can't just change my job, I'm stuck with it for another 2 years at the very least.
Also, the only thing I've gotten from slows ls was a mantle and earring last night, as tiamo and her other half we've doued/trioed most of my crap.
Just trying to find somewhere more pst oriented, or even hawaii gmt oriented
