Connection Problem?

Alright, so everytime I connect to ffxi, I can play for maybe 10 seconds where everything works, then I start to disconnect and lose all server response. My internet's fine everything else works, but I am playing at a different house.. just wondering if it's something here or if other people are having similar issues.. or if anyone knows how to fix it >_>
