For the messages received on FFXIAH.com, it says I have (1) in my inbox, but when i click on it to receive it it says I have nothing. Any way to fix this?

Make sure you're checking both your char's mailbox and your username's (anon) mailbox.

i'm having the very same error, ive checked all 3 boxes, my mule my main and the character itself, and it doesn't load.
