Skilling Up Post 75 Outside Abyssea

Where can I go to skill up after 75 outside Abyssea? The only place I heard was Halvung, and I'm not to sure where to go in there. If there was an earlier thread, can I have the link? Thanks

How far post 75? If 90 then Duriumshells in Vunkerl (S) are lvl 92-93 and aren't threatening.

My staff skill is at 260. so I guess I'm looking to get that up

Just get on PLD/DNC equip an earth staff or whatever and whack away at Duriumshells then, (H-7) Vunkerl Inlet (S), they don't link or aggro.

I have Dagger capped at 90 at 377 (merited). My EVA, however, isn't capped at 347. What would you recommend I do to cap this?

say a skill of a lvl 76 but job lvl 90? (thinking marksmanship and dagger/sword at same time)

Seriously though if you are trying to get past whatever the cap is for you at 75 I'd just do abyssea. It's just way to easy to hit stuff in there. I've been getting skillups at like 200 hitting stuff easy just while trying to get red procs. I learned full swing on Ovni :)

I heard Seaboard Vultures in Misareaux (Not Abyssea) are pretty good.

problem im getting is mobs are dying too quick to get enough off especially as im 5trying 2 maybe three skills at once i happily slowly try solo a mob but then some Epeenis comes over and whacks it dead

On THF? Find some high level mobs that link. Put on a bunch of PDT gear. Do a suicide run. Use hide. Repeat.

I personally prefer skillup inside abyssea (ok I have 300+ stones, that helps).

Offensive Skill - I simply take multi-hit atma (Alpha & Omega, Hybrid Beast for now here).

Defensive Skill - Best defense gear & atma available, found a mandy/chigoe (preferably EM+, might need some kill if nobody around doing so).

Both with maximum meds available (potion I,II and even III, dusty and lucid elixir, even megaelixir) and here we go.

Capped eva on thf tanking NMs for me and friends.
Take from 100 or less to above 200 (still on work) many skill with my WAR while farming TE with friends (ok for those, friends allowed me to do so for a greater cause, !! red with WAR/NIN cover all weapon except Katana & GK).

I capped my friend's char that lets me dbox it in two ways:
Fistule for my Club Trial (Straight Eva tank the Pustules, until somehow it spawns 4 Pustules then diaga deaggro them)
and Aeolian Edge burning, could try like, on squibs or something, might need a healer though

THIS!! I was there the other day. LOTS Of crabs. They are aspirable(of course). An occassional Pixie visits too. Elementals pop, but if you're 90, they check too weak and don't aggro.

I just went to camp and there was a PLD & DNC already there. I asked them could I join for skillups and they said yes.

Edit: Camp is at H-7.

Make an evasion gearset (you should probably have one already, assuming you are a thf) Put on every regen atma you have and sub dnc. Pull 10-20 mandragoras in abys-tahrongi (try to find EM ones). Curing waltz spam along with regen from atmas should keep you alive indefinitely while you quickly cap evasion.
