I'd imagine all quest including campiagn ops and dominion and the main quest of course.

So that would be all quests, abyssites and atmas. You already get minor rewards for getting all atmas/abyssites in a certain zone, so this would be the final reward I assume.

In every zone, there is an NPC that has 3 objectives and tracks your progress.
Objective1: Quests
Objective2: Ancient Abyssite
Objective3: Atma
100% Completion means achieving 100% completion in all those.

Very true, but over the course of your Abyssea time, you'll likely accumulate the vast majority of Atma and Ancient Abyssite, leaving just the quests (As far as I know, Ops and things like "Of Malnourished Martellos" do not count towards completion)
Yeah that doesnt sound too hard to get really. Who are those npcs?

Do synthetic atma's count toward atma completion? If so, PW and Fiat Lux will be hard to come by if you missed out on the short window for it, lol.
It says completion of the 9 Zones, not other completions. Pretty sure it is going off of the NPCs in each zone for completion, so no PW/AV/Etc. will not be included in that tally as the NPC does not track those Atma.
The Atma sounds amazing, but until someone actually gets and tests it I'm a little wary of how useful it will be over other Atmas aquired.
