Element Sachets

I've collected two of these (Snow and Thunder) and I was wondering if anyone had tested their proc rates or had any experience with them working often, not often, etc.

I somewhat doubt that they will end up being useful, but I can have hope?

0/20ish on aqua sachet procing, need to fight sedna and see what's up

I've been letting a Murex spam spells on me for 20 minutes and no proc yet. :/

Used snow sachets for 6 T2 VNM fights in a row (was on PLD) against the Shiva T2 in Abyssea- Ulegrand and didnt get a single proc even once.Used various other sachets against the right mobs too in other zones/fights and havent got a single proc on any of them ever.

I *have* occasionally seen slightly lower damage, I wonder if that's all they do.

The slightly lower damage would probably be from the +10 resistance on the sachet,rather than the "occassionally abosrbs" I would imagine

I couldnt say for certain, but I'd imagine the rate would be similar to say... Shadow Ring or Mantle... so something like 5%.

Unfortunately, being specific to certain elemental types, they're a lot less useful than something like the Shadow Ring, and therefore probably not worth the slot if the occasional absorb is all you're using it for.

On the other hand... 2 MND on the ammo slot is hot.
