Can u augment equip like earrings or rings or w/e? I never rly payed much attention to it, when augmenting came out.

provided they aren't r, or ex or above level 75, yes, yes you can... i have racc+3 on my flame ring, and i saw one with acc+5 (with some other -stats)

Nothing over 75 can be augmented using the Field Parchments, you can obtain items over level 75 with random augments within Abyssea zones.
