EU/GMT LS

Moving to London England for the next 3 years of my life to do my PHD, and am interested in an EU LS. If you could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Requirements
1. Must have established lotting system and solid rules. No internal cliques or playing favorites.
2. Diverse end game content - Abyssea AF+3 farming, Empyrean Weapon Farming, Atma Farming, Walk Of echoes is a bonus.
3. Veteran group - Not looking to join a group that thinks reraising 100 times and getting the job done is fun.
