Basically can just MND enfeeb in full +2 set now with exception of the pants which seem to be Augur's or Sagacity (if you can't get Augur's) still. Yippee for para-locked bosses.

Nah its cool, I just don't get the whole 'enfeebling based RDM' line... i mean if you have 5000 enfeebling skill or 300... it lands or it doesn't, and these days, it almost always lands. Just hope your not wasting slots on enfeebling skill which could otherwise be used for other more useful things.

Oh...I can understand that. I barely use my AF1+1 Body anymore, favoring it for a potency piece. Other than that it's just Relic hat and Enfeebling Torque. I'll probably get rid of the torque after I get gloves+1/+2.

@ 75, the conversation was already shifting out of enfeebling to potency. At 90, even that transition becomes mute. Its very very easy to cap potency inside Abyssea (yes, there is this outside world, but really...even there with mobs tailored for 75, everything should be capped anyways).
So with skill capped naked, potency, probably capped naked with crue buffs. Guys like blazza will call me out for being elitist, but what i'm saying and talking about is well.. pretty damn normal.

Funny thing is, I wasn't calling you out in regards to macc or potency, I was calling you out for scoffing at an easily acquirable refresh body piece. Before this there are 4 I can think of:
Zenith = Kings
Morrigan's = Salvage
errant dalmatica mail = MMM (can't remember it's name)
Pluviale = Iron Giant
Of these, Pluviale is the easiest to get, but triggering blue !! is still a pain in the ***, and none of these are an option to a lot of people out there. So saying lolrefresh (when I'm sure you don't just use that morrigan's for looks) is just dumb.
As for the potency debate, the +2 is beaten only by Augur's Jaseran, but that's without taking into account the "enhances enfeebling magic effect" that Serj pointed out. It's also, I believe, higher macc than AF1 body to boot.
The +1 hands ***all over anything else in the game for macc, and +2 is only behind Augur's gloves for potency (I think), but again, that's before taking into account the enhances saboteur.
But you ignore all of that because at level 90 you have a much higher natural enfeebling magic skill. And you may be right, but until all the new zone bosses and Shinryu have been fought, as well as any NMs from future updates, then you may wanna hold onto that gear instead of enfeebling everything naked. Up to you though.

If you do your job well, you won't need Convert Merits. I don't have any, and I am still an awesome Red Mage.
And plus, I am more focused on making my enfeebs stronger. And, clearly, RDMs are masters at Enfeebling not Converting, so the better MACC your Enfeebs are the better RDM you're going to be.
And since everyone and their mother is now able to Convert....it makes our Meritting on Convert seem like ***.
Enfeebles > Convert.
