Nyzul Isle Low Man And Lamps

Was just wondering if you low manned nyzul isle with 3 ppl if there would only be 2~3 lamps? I figured it would but just want to make sure. Figured people on here would know ^^.

From what I understand the number of lamps that appear on the floor is completely random.

I think it's based on your party's size upon entry in Nyzul.

I had a few guys d/c mid-run before, then had the next few floors spawn extra lamps (which we obviously failed because it was the "hit all at the same time" type)

There will be 3 to 5 lamps. No more lamps then the number of party member you have at entry to nyzul isle. So if you take 3 people 3 lamps but if you take 4 people 3 to 4 lamps and so on.

realy? iv never seen any more lamps then the number of people you start the nyzle run with. If some dc then sure you can see more lamp then people.

Had 5 lamps on a trio run at least twice.

its no problem, usually 2 sets of lamps are very close to each other and you have about a 10s gap between the game checking if all are toggled or not, which is more than enough time to go between the two to hit them.

I've low manned floor 100 climbs (2x Sam 1x Whm), usually only had 1 floor lamps (all on one). We did the low man runs due to some info from a JP friend saying the floor difficulties were ramped on the # of people doing a particular floor run series. From what I've experienced, low man nyzul runs are very doable; just have to have some luck as usual of course (and a good setup).

You can have 5, I never had 6 but I think it's possible. It was never an issue though ; "same time" mean you have 30 sec to hit 2 lamps which is doable. In a 3-man situation if you get a lamp floor you are pretty happy.
