UCS-1104???

Anyone else having problem with their content ID randomly deactivated. Read on other Forum that I had to re-enter credit card info. So I went did the whole shin-dig, verified by visa, says your payment method valid, yada-yada. But every time I go to reactivate ID I keep getting

"UCS-1104 You cannot purchace an ID. Please try again after checking the following:
- Make sure the payment information is valid
- Make sure your playonline ID has not been cancelled."


Anyone know what up with this or how to fix it?

Same problem, was kicked off the game in the middle of a party a couple of days ago, i thought it was because i didnt have no money in my Bank, but ive been paid now and this error is popping up.

There was maintenance to the Purchase/Re-activation at the time my ID was de-activated, This same message was showing, but the information doesn't say that there is maintenance at this time.

I want to play :(

EDIT: Linkshell community has also been suffering problems..

Has this problem been fixed? I just noticed my Ls Community profile showing this error and not updating my character's info.
