Looking For A Certain UI .dat

Had it on my old pc, it's fairly common. It is the one that changes the font's, changes the lfg symbol to a ! with green around it, and changes the target arrow.

Also, I was wondering where to find the Aht Urgan design .dat. I have looked around on a few sites but haven't come up with anything.
