Does each piece of the set add 1% haste or do you need all five on at the same time to only get the 5% bonus?
Other sets in the past such as the Cobra Unit Robe set added 1 magic accuracy for each piece equipped.
Does Usukane only give the full set bonus with all equipped or individual haste +1 added for each usukane piece equipped?

Need full set for the 5% bonus.
Salvage needs full set, as does most stuff.
The only things I can think of that don't need full set is AF3 and Campaign gear.
EDIT: They really should differentiate this on the gear instead of leaving it up to the player community to test it.
