Hello,

I read the sticky about the newest update for FFXI being posted.

But I was curious if I download FFXI from a torrent and put in on my laptop, and download the update that is in the general forum sticky , will I still have an extremely long update time through POL?

I'm sorry if my question seems hard to understand. And thanks ahead of time!

depends on what version that it is on the torrent..and how much updating needs to take place to bring it to everyone elses version
