Anyone know the number for the insurgency .dat for mithra? In other words, where I can find it?

To find any .dat just download and open AltanaViewer, which is a model viewer client for FFXI files. Under the "PC" tab, set your Race to Mithra and your Action to Scythe. Then select Insurgency and notice the file location under the Stop/Reset buttons.

tl;dr - ROM\209\29.dat
