Scylds

If you take on a hunt in the Hunt Registry but are unable to complete it and would like to cancel the hunt to do FoV Regime, if you cancel will you recieve your Scylds back that you spent to purchase the opportunity to do the hunt?

For example; I accepted the Yilbegan hunt but we haven't done any Tier IV's as of late and I really want to do a Training Regime in cape Terrigan. Will canceling the Yilbegan hunt get me my Scylds back?
