Anyone Else Have This Happen To Them?

So I'm doing Aqua Puraga for Blm feet seals, and I talk to the npc, and of course he only gives me 200 cruor and no seal. However, I checked my inventory and there was a blm feet seal there; it didn't show me obtaining any seal in the log. And also, it wasn't from before, because I cleared my inventory to go farm scorpion claws/shells, and I did dynamis just before that, and I constantly check my inventory for a billion reasons. He simply gave me a seal, ironically the one I need (I was on blm job) but didn't *give* me one.
