POL Issues.

So, the current card I have my account on doesn't have sufficient funds for this month, so I'm trying to switch it back to the other card I originally had my account linked to. If I manage to get through, it says something about Verify By Visa/MasterCard. So, after finally getting a code for my card, I try again, and everything seems to go alright. Then I get the message basically stating that, even though I've used this card previously with no hassle or problems whatsoever, I cannot use it.

Is anyone else having these issues? I just want to switch my damn card, Christ...
