Help Needed With Chocobo Raising

My chocobo is 73 days old,, str - 1st class, endurance - Outstanding, Discernment - poor, Receptivity - poor. I was wondering is it possible to raise all 4 stats to a high lvl?

I have been doing the chocobo racing, have managed to complete the novice and challenge races but am completly stuck on the pashhow swamptrot - survival race, any one have any tips on this race? :)

You can only have 2 stats at the very top. All 4 cannot be. I'm pretty sure with 2 capped out you can only have the other 2 at half. I could be wrong at that though, so I'd check it out on Wiki.
