All the 3000 cruor Aurore/Perle/Teal pieces are the most cost efficient (~7K gil per 3K cruor). If you really want to get the most out of your cruor the legs are the most, followed by the hands and the feet sell for the least. Don't bother with the body or head pieces.

I was just waiting for you to realise that I wrote "spell", not "spelt" lol. Granted it's not the best structured sentence ever, but I don't think there's anything actually wrong with it.
