actually i merited ikishoten when it first came out.... true story :P. But seriously, I always thought the "hasso haste" bonus was magical haste.. so it counts to the 80% (w/e the hell the actual haste cap is) but doesn't count towards the 26% gear cap.. And sorry Iron, i did read that wrong before.. you did say aftermath, sorry :)
