I woke up today and tried to log on. I kept getting a message saying to check my internet connection. So i restarted my router and modem, still nothing. This picture is pissing me off D:< if anyone has any idea why this is happening i'd greatly appreciate the help :3

Having the same problems on my end. 1 in 3 trys I get connected for about 2 seconds then the POL error just kicks me right back out.

Might just be the DNS. Time Warner is notorious for this. Change you IPv4 DNS to 8.8.8.8 and the alternate 8.8.4.4 Should work when you reinitiate.
i'm not completely sure how to do that :3 but i went to the gym and came back, working now for some reason, but really slow :/

TWC is notorious for launching "emergency" maintenances and won't tell you when they've started. Most likely it was a short maintenance and was up before you gave up trying.
