I got my r/l pic up in the SS section. Not particulary because I wanted it to be on first page, it's not like it'll be there forever. But more so that people who are curious can go and visit my profile if they want to, and leave a comment on how ugly I am (if that amuses them).
Point is the pic will be on first page one day then it'll be gone, while if I had my r/l pic as avatar, people would be forced to see my face everytime I post (til they cant take it anymore and block me). Atleast on my profile no one is forced to see it, if they dont wanna see it on my profile, dont bother clicking on it.
