I'm not playing the beta (obviously, for those of you familiar with my internet situation), but OMG--the first two tracks posted? With the most venerable Uematsu Nobuo-sama's return to Final Fantasy scene (not that I don't consider Sakimoto a worthy composer! He's just not Uematsu >_>), it's only natural that they would be the Crystal Theme and the Final Fantasy Theme. :D <33333333 (Random note: I have sworn that if I ever, ever get married IRL, I have to walk down the aisle with the Final Fantasy Theme playing. Eat your heart out Mendelssohn!)

Sounds like Uematsu's going all out with classic rearrangements, as well as new but awesome stuff like Answers sung by Susan Calloway, which was epic. (When does that show up in the game??)

HOLY CRAP THE NEW BATTLE THEMES!!! (you can tell I'm just reacting to the music as I click through the playlist, rofl)

Track 13 sounds really interesting.... A lot of these tracks use the electric guitar, others are so elegantly peaceful; this soundtrack is definitely catching me off-guard here... like track 30--apparently it's the shopping music--what is this, bossa nova? XD

Chocobo theme (Track 33) has a big band/western feel.... /equip head "Cowboy Hat"

Track 35 @ 1:38 sent shivers down my spine. This is like Castle Zvahl Baileys music +1....

Okay, I'm going to stop here. Suffice it to say that THIS IS AN EPIC FUGGIN SOUNDTRACK OMG. I'm going to start from the beginning and begin studying for the morning. <3

Okay, so I don't have a uterus. Minor setback. I'll figure out a way to make this a reality.

OK. I happen to have 74 tracks from the game in a folder on my HD. I'm more than willing to upload/share them if you folks like. All MP3 format. Quality is pretty good. If enough interest comes out of this, I'll upload and post back.

Yes, please, Oumura. I can convert them to wav format if anyone wants to dat mod their FFXI music to 14's much better stuff (Goodbye bagpipes, hello Ul'Dah music!).

Track 1A: Thanalan Battleleve music. Huge reason I went with Ul'dah to begin with, lol. Its just too awesome. Of the three cities its by far the best.

Limsa's music is epic though. I really don't think it should be a track played over an over in a city. Its more of a "holy sh--, you just won a crazy hard fight/series of missions" track imo.

If anyone is curious as to the lyrics to the song that seems to occur in the beginning CS of every city, give track 1D a listen.

The desert theme around Ul'dah is one of my favorites.

Track 2D is quite possibly my all-time favorite. The combination of piano and violin always gets to me...

Within 2 months of release, Track 70 (the synthing music) will be stuck in everybody's head lol

AND I created one in a different order--I assumed it was supposed to be like

0A, 0B, 0C, 0D, 0E, 0F -> 1A, 1B... etc.

I think it's a cut-scene... probably in like story mode mission 4 or something

The Piano Collections for this game is going to be mindblowing. They better come out with one. Or twenty.
