Help needed here is the issue. i login to ffxi and after 2 or 3 minutes i get timed out and kicked offline. any advice on how to fix would be appreciated

in my haste and admitted panic i forgot some things. 1 i run on an xbox 2 i do not dc from anything but ffxi 3 i use time warner as my ISP
